Key Responsibilities
Recruitment: End-to-end hiring & onboarding.
Compliance: Full LMRA, GOSI & MOL management.
Payroll: WPS processing & leave tracking.
Employee Relations: Grievance handling & policy updates.
Admin: Maintaining digitized employee records.
Requirements
5+ years HR experience in Bahrain.
Expertise in Bahrain Labour Law.
Proficient in MS Excel & Government Portals.
Strong English communication skills.
Immediate joiners preferred.
