Customer Service - Female

Requirements:

Previous customer service experience preferred

Good communication skills (English required, Arabic is an advantage)

Ability to handle clients, calls, and inquiries professionally

Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Email, Data Entry)

Friendly and customer-focused attitude

Must be organized and responsible

Responsibilities:

Assist customers with document processing services

Handle customer inquiries and follow-ups

Manage appointments and documentation

Maintain client records and office coordination
