Job Description
Requirements:
• Proven experience handling LMRA, GOSI, Sijilat & other ministry-related works
• Strong knowledge of Bahrain labor regulations and government procedures
• Experience in visa processing, employee documentation & renewals
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to handle HR operations independently
🔹 Responsibilities:
• Manage all government-related HR processes (LMRA, GOSI, Sijilat, etc.)
• Handle employee documentation, contracts, and renewals
• Coordinate with ministries for approvals and submissions
• Maintain HR records and compliance documentation
• Support overall HR administration
