Position: Assistant Manager – Hard Services
Responsibilities:
• Manage hard services operations for high-rise buildings
• Oversee maintenance of MEP systems and technical teams
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and property management
• Ensure smooth operations across malls, commercial projects, and properties
• Maintain safety standards and preventive maintenance schedules
Requirements:
• Experience managing high-rise buildings (30+ floors)
• Background in malls, commercial projects, or property management
• Strong technical and team management skills
• Good reporting and coordination abilities
